Avocado Delight
vanilla ice cream
low fat milk
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and halved
frozen strawberries
honey
nutmeg
cinnamon
Whipped Cream
Blend the ice cream, avocado, and strawberries in the blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve in a chilled highball glass. Top with whipped cream.
Pomegranate Twist
citron vodka
orange liqueur
pomegranate juice
lemon juice
Pour the vodka, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass to serve.
Fuzzy Kitten
George Dickel rye whiskey
lemon juice
honey syrup
allspice liqueur
absinthe
Shake ingredients and serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange zest.
